PAYMENT
Anne Haaning Curated accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Maestro and American Express. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We make reservations for price changes, typing errors and sold-out items.
Anne Haaning Curated uses Stripe as a payment solution. This encrypts all your card information, and Anne Haaning Curated does not have access to your payment information, as these are handled by a third party.
DELIVERY
Anne Haaning Curated uses PostNord and GLS as freight suppliers. Anne Haaning Curated provides delivery to the nearest parcel shop, which is defined automatically. Delivery in Denmark regarding orders placed on ahcurated.dk is free of charge, however, for larger products such as furniture there will be delivery costs. The same applies to orders to be sent to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad.
Anne Haaning Curated aims to ship the order the day after the order is placed. During busy periods, there may be some delays. You will always receive an email when the order has been shipped.
Pick-up in Showroom Fredericia can be arranged. If this is desired, please send an e-mail to anne@ahcurated.dk immediately after the order is placed, and we will contact you regarding address and time. Please mark the e-mail with "Pick-up" in the subject field and add the relevant order number.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
At Anne Haaning Curated, we offer a 14-day return policy on your purchases, starting from the day the goods are received. We must receive return packages within 14 days from the date of receipt. Otherwise, the package will be sent back.
Notification of the desired return must be sent by e-mail to: anne@ahcurated.dk
If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must inform us and return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

Returned parcels must be sent directly to our specified address. We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops or similar pick-up points.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Anne Haaning Curated provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found in normal use of the goods. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about faults and defects that should be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be notified to Anne Haaning Curated within a reasonable time. The goods may subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, crediting. In connection with complaints, Anne Haaning Curated will pay reasonable return costs.

When you visit www.ahcurated.dk, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website. We record, among other things, the type of browser you use, the search terms you use, your IP address, including your network location and information about your computer.
The collection has no other purpose than to optimize the user experience and functions on www.ahcurated.dk, just as we use the information to target our marketing on various channels, such as Google Adwords. When you purchase a product or communicate with us at www.ahcurated.dk, we collect the information you provide. NEWSLETTERS
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, email address and possibly your mobile phone number. The purpose is to enable us to deliver newsletters to you. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Recipients of Personal Data
Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order number and specific delivery requests will be passed on to the carrier responsible for delivering the purchased goods to you.
Data may be disclosed to external partners who process the data on our behalf. Partners may not use the data for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.

You have the right to ask us at any time what information we have registered about you, for what purpose, who received it and from where it originated.
